All you need to do is Launch Tizen App Share on your Android device, Search for the app you want, click on download, select the app to share. Then on the receiving Tizen device, launch the Tizen Store, Select More, Select App Share, Select Receive App. On sending Android phone select scan, select the Tizen device, and that’s it, your ready to start sending.
